Paladin Fitness Racing – Interstate Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Paladin Fitness Racing.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway opens on 27.8.25 and closes at 3.9.25.

• – Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• – Winner will be announced by 10.9.25

3. Eligibility

• – Open to residents of interstate Australia only (outside Queensland).
• – Must provide valid proof. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• – Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Paladin Fitness Racing are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

• – Follow Paladin Fitness racing on Instagram.
• – Like the giveaway post.
• – Comment your interstate city and tag at least one friend.
• – Comment as many times as you like

5. Prize

• – 1 x race solo entry to Paladin Fitness Racing Brisbane 2.0 2025 event only.
• – 1 x $300 visa card- can be used as the winner wishes.
• – Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• – Prize must be used for the 2025 BRISBANE 2.0 event only- no transfers, refunds, athlete changes accepted.

6. Winner Selection

• – The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• – Winner will be notified via Instagram DM within by 10.9.25
• – If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Paladin Fitness Racing reserves the right to select a new winner.

Paladin Fitness Racing’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway, including but not limited to the selection of the winner, the validity of entries, and the awarding of the prize, is final and binding. No correspondence, negotiation, or dispute will be entered into regarding the outcome of the giveaway.

7. Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity and for their name and photo to be used on social media and marketing materials.

8. General Conditions

Paladin Fitness Racing reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these T&Cs are invalid.

Paladin Fitness Racing is not responsible for:

• – Any loss, theft, or misplacement of the visa card, race entry confirmation, or related documentation.
• – Any additional expenses incurred by the winner in participating in the giveaway or attending the event, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, transfers, insurance, or incidental costs.
• – Any inability of the winner to redeem or use the prize due to illness, injury, travel restrictions, personal circumstances, or other events outside the control of Paladin Fitness Racing.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected for the purpose of this giveaway will be used in accordance with Paladin Fitness Racing’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the prize.
