To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, take some time to read through this guide thoroughly. We’re creating a vibrant, spectator-friendly environment with playgrounds for the kids, a German sausage van, a coffee cart, and a DJ to keep the energy high. Get ready to have a fantastic time!
Remember to wear your timing chip on race day and start in your allocated wave. Stick to the workout order and perform each exercise according to the standards. Stay within your zone and complete the correct number of reps or distance. Avoid passing equipment to your partner for safety and fairness, and always wait in the swap zone during the 400m runs. Don’t forget to smile for the photographers on the course and enjoy the post-race recovery with a free iced tea, ice bath, and compression boots.
